View an Offer Campaign
To view the details and configuration properties of an Offer Campaign:

Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Campaigns > Campaigns from the side navigation menu. The Offer Campaigns screen is displayed.

Search for and select the desired Offer Campaign (see Search for an Offer Campaign for more information on the available search options). The Offer Campaign Details screen is displayed, with the Objective tab selected by default.

The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.
Header
The header area of the Offer Campaign Details screen displays many of the high-level properties of this Offer Campaign, including its name, description, status, and effectivity period. See Edit Offer Campaign Properties for details on editing these properties.
From the header area, you can define the effectivity period for the Offer Campaign. See Define Offer Campaign Effectivity Period for more information.
Also from the header area, you can publish, archive, or delete an Offer Campaign.
Objective Tab
The Objective tab of the Offer Campaign Details screen allows you to define the business strategy for this Offer Campaign. The Summary box to the right displays high level information about the Offer Campaign. From this box, you can optionally pick another Offer Campaign that you want to use as a basis of comparison for this Campaign.

Audience Tab
The Audience tab of the Offer Campaign Details screen is used to define the available audience of Members who are eligible to receive the Offers in this Campaign. Note that the individual Offers within the Campaign can also be configured with eligibility constraints, to provide even more granular control of Member participation.

Targeting Tab
The Targeting tab of the Offer Campaign Details screen allows you to define the method used to determine which Offer to present to a Member. The platform supports the following targeting methods:

Manual: Manually rank the Offers into the desired sequence.

Rules: Define one or more logical conditions that control the ranking of Offers.

Random: Randomly rank Offers into a sequence.

Offers Tab
The Offers tab of the Offer Campaign Details screen is used to define what Offers are included within this Campaign. The platform supports the following selection methods:

Manual: Manually assign Offers to this Offer Campaign.

Include Matching Offers: Define logical conditions based on Tag or Offer Category to assign Offers to this Offer Campaign.

All Active Offers: Assign all available Offers to this Offer Campaign.

Also from this tab, you can manually rearrange the selected Offers into the desired prioritized sequence. See Rearrange the Offers in an Offer Campaign for more information.
Messages Tab
The Messages tab of the Offer Campaign Details screen is used to assign one or more Messages to this Campaign.
Note: This feature is intended only for clients using Loyalty's legacy email platform.

Placements Tab
The Placements tab of the Offer Campaign Details screen is used to assign Placements to this Campaign. Placements represent a named, repeatable location where you intend to display Offer content.

Dashboard Tab
The Dashboard tab of the Offer Campaign Details screen provides a graphical representation of an Offer Campaign’s performance.

Member Preview Tab
The Member Preview tab of the Offer Campaign Details screen is used for testing purposes. From this tab, you can select a Member, then see their ranked Offers.
